As a child, art allowed me to travel to places and see images far beyond the walls of the small apartment of my childhood.

The ability to create that comfort and beauty through my own hand for myself and others is a gift, forever which I am grateful.

I practiced trial law for forty years. The demands of that adversarial life required an outlet, and for me, that outlet was both the appreciation of art and the ability I utilized to create images far removed from the surrounding turmoil.

After forty years of daily stress, I decided to quit law; a decision which I have never regretted. Shortly after retiring, I realized that I had the ability to induce hypnotic states just through the tone of my voice. I decided to learn how to use this ability to help individuals overcome habits and addictions that invaded their lives. I achieved certifications as both a hypnotist and a cognitive coach.

As to hypnosis, art is invaluable in that it, upon observation often provides clues to a person’s struggle, and artistic images can be useful in inducing hypnotic states.

During my years as a hypnotist, my creative interests continued to grow and expand, including drawing and painting, which started in my childhood and became fine-tuned through the years. However, the desire to try new methods is a continuous force that brings me joy as I finish each piece.

At first, I drew and painted for my personal pleasure; sharing my pieces with family and friends. As time progressed, my family and friends urged me to present my work to others.

Although I initially began drawing and painting in the traditional manner, I became fascinated with pointillism and the beauty derived from thousands of points of colors into one image.

In addition to my different painting styles, I derive great pleasure from sketching mainly landscapes, seascapes, and still life.
